Hi Sushreeta, Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and Seven Indian Institutes of Technology on behalf of the National Coordination Board-GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. Aspirants can apply for GATE exam in order to pursue M.Tech.

Both the course you have mentioned i.e, MBA and M.Tech are good course to pursue, both of these courses have good career prospects and offers growth opportunities.
As you have completed graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for higher studies, the advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance your partial or full tuition fees of the universities.
