Although, advisable is that you should go for a full time program as M.Tech is a technology driven program which would require a lot of practical exposure. However, few of the Institutes which you can check for Part Time M.Tech programs are:
IIT Kanpur
IIT Delhi
Anna University
ITM University
JNTU
