50% in graduation is the basic eligibility. even if u have very good percentile in CAT. however there are courses like MMM , MPM which are of Pune university and also approved by AICTE , you can opt for them

It might be difficult to do PhD specifically in your specialization but yes, you can do PhD in General Management. Best option to do PhD would be to do a regular full time programme as Part time or Distance programme will not hold great value and also there won't be many options available in part time and Distance mode, however, few of the Institutes providing Part Time PhD programme are:

EABS
JNTU
Nirma University
