As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any particular Institute. Few of the things which you need to keep in mind while choosing your Institute and stream are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch

As far as your query is concerned, for the placements, I would say that whichever college you may opt for, apart from the assistance from the placement team you need to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.
For the same, I would advice you to start working on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization with flying colors. Below are the links to throw more light on placements.

Although, I have already replied to your query earlier, but just to reconfirm I would say that I completely agree with Aru, and suggest you to either complete your graduation and then plan for your MBA or look for options which accept your diploma and experience as an entry requirement to MBA programme. As far as I know Symbiosis as well as IGNOU accepts Diploma with 3 or more years of experience.
Hope this will help you in taking a decission. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a “best answer” or pressing the “thumbs up” icon.

I would like to add here that the percentage generally required in Masters degree is 55% and above.
