New Castle university is one of the finest university in UK, the university has good teaching faculty and infrastructure.
As per new VISA rules in UK, you will be issued a student VISA only for the duration of your course, and as soon as your course gets over you need to return back to India.
International students are allowed to work full time in UK only if they get a job offer with a annual package of 20,000 pounds or more.
Now coming to jobs, in the present day scenario job situation in US, Canada and UK is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.
Getting jobs abroad is very competitive, as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with the remaining international candidates, even the companies prefer the locals first and if they do not get any desired candidate then they look for international candidates.

As per your query, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.
Apart from the assistance that your college might provide, I would suggest you to keep a track of IT companies and also regularly make individual efforts so as not to loose in the end. Well there are good number of IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Cisco, HCL, Satyam and many more that take students for training process.
I would also advice you to start working on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization in order to secure confirmed placement with the same organization.
