Hi,
Do you want scholarships to take the GRE test or are you asking about if you can get a scholarship by taking GRE? You can definitely not get a scholarship to take a test. You must arrange the funds required for testing yourself. In the later case, a very good GRE score plus strong academics will maximize your chances to get a scholarship. Goethe institute is the famous center for German language training. For TOEFL, you may check Jamboree but please surf the internet.

Hello Abhinav,
In the information brochure which is officially released, it does not reveal anything about the number of questions that you will have to answer. It only says that all three parts will have equal weight-age. Each correct question will earn four marks. Each wrong question will fetch one negative mark and unanswered question will fetch no marks. But, going by last year's data, you will need to answer 90 questions. You can calculate yourself how many maximum marks you can score if you do not attempt certain questions.

Both, B.Tech + MBA and BBA + MBA are good options and open multiple career opportunities. If you are technically oriented, then you must go for B.Tech, else you can opt for BBA. Although, there is no justification and valid reasons, Indian industry prefers B.Tech + MBA over BBA + MBA.
