Hi Abhishek, in any of the countries mentioned, Russia or Ukraine, you can get Universities offering MBBS in English medium of instruction. Though learning Russian is mandatory, for it will help you during clinical rotations. Here are a few in Russia:

Yes, there are colleges which offer courses in fisheries/aquaculture in Delhi. University of Delhi (DU), offers B.F.Sc courses to its applicants. LPU is another college which offers B.F.Sc course to aspirants. Regards.

No dear. You can not apply for any country because minimum for students visa you have to get score of 6.5, I suggest you reappear for IELTS and get at least 6.5 overall and your score should not be below 5.5 in any of these listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Hi Pallab!
You can directly apply to the college for admission in distance course in BA in mass communication and journalism. There is no admission or eligibility criteria as such except the fact that you should have completed your 10+2 from a recognized board of education with at least 45% marks.
