Well, it's a really difficult task that you are aspiring for but yet not impossible. You can do fashion designing with B.Com but it would be a heavy load on you as fashion designing requires a full-time class and then you will have to switch to correspondence for B.Com. No matter, if you still wish to pursue both the courses, it's a very proud decision and will need a lot of confidence and patience. If you are still eligible then you can sit for various design entrance exams and get admission into fashion designing. MBBS has much broader scope as MBBS graduates are certified doctors, and if you have extensive knowledge of your subject, it is easy to find employment, whereas B.Sc. Graduates often have to study PG courses to land a high paying job. So, in my opinion MBBS has much broader scope. Regardless, I have listed down career scope for both avenues which should help you judge which is better.
