Here, I am suggesting you some tips to start your preparations:-
1. Reading national newspaper daily and cut and paste important news this will be your notes.
2. Read magazines like India today and Pratiyogita Darpan.
3. Watch news daily, especially DD news .Watch all debates with guests of any news channel.
Watch documentaries of news channels.
4. Refer books of good writers.
5. Don't go for quantity (hours) of studies rather go for quality of your study.

-Foundation
-IPCC
-FINAL
If you are a class 12 student or have passed class 12 then register yourself with ICAI. Give foundation which is the preliminary stage of CA. You can join coaching classes for CA. If you are a graduate, then you can opt direct entry to IPCC, so that, you don't have to bother about foundation.

While I agree to what Ms. Sharna has advised, it really depends that what is your need of the career & expectation from life as deciding a country depends on that only. Some countries are open for providing you permanent residency which gives a wise future tomorrow & some are just good places temporarily.

But yes, if you are seeing it from the placement point of view, I think CSE is better as compared to others. Also, you should target some of the better universities out there for admission like: IIT, NIT, BITS, DU, UPES Dehradun, UTM-Shillong which have good infrastructure and provide quality education and placements as well.
