Always keep in mind there is no substitute for regular MBA programme, if you are not getting admission due to whatever reason in regular college than only opt for distance Education. Remember in distance education , you will certainly get a degree but knowledge is not guaranteed. So, if you are doing through distance education , join any one , all are having similar value.

Top colleges don't give admissions just on the basis of 12th marks, they ask for entrance tests like AIEEE, UPTU, or other state entrances.
One way is management quota, that you can try.
Other thing is that some private colleges do give preference to 12th marks, even if your entrance rank is lower. JRE group of institutions takes AIEEE rank till 1lakh, and UPTU rank till 25K, but if your 12th marks are good, some advantage in ranks you can get.
