Candidate applying for B.Arch program should have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in science stream.
Admission to B.Arch. will be done on the basis of NATA 2018 score respectively.
To apply for the postgraduate level courses, candidates must have passed B.Arch degree from a recognized university.
Selection of candidates for M.Arch is done on the basis of merit in MAH M.Arch CET score.
The minimum eligibility for PhD is Masters degree with minimum 55% marks from recognized university.
Admission to the Ph.D. program is given on the basis of PET entrance exam conducted by Mumbai University.
To apply for B.Arch. course, candidates must have passed 10+2 with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together.
Admission to the B. Arch program will be done on the basis of NATA Score. Based on the candidate's aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics added together and performance in NATA, category wise merit list will be prepared by the college.
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of counselling conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.
