First you have to be clear that in which category you want to pursue engineering. You can go and check out the cut off list at Delhi university website. 4 cut offs are out already. The CGPA is too low, though you can apply but your application won't be accepted because of the low percentage. You can try other countries like Australia and if interested in Europe then you can try Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, etc.

With PCMB, you can choose either technology on the basis of PCM or medical science on the basis of PCB. Or you can opt for other streams like hospitality management, teaching profession, architecture, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, etc.

Hi,
Similar to B.Com (H), the difference is that a student can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (H), which is not possible in B.Com (P). In the latter, a student is given an overview of all the subjects taught in the honors course.So, basically B.Com(Hons.) has greater value and scope.
