JMI conducts its own entrance exam. It does not approve CLAT scores. So you cannot get admission in JMI with CLAT. You should appear next year in the JMI exam to get admission into JMI.

You will get it by the university from which you complete your course. Migration certificate is also sought after clearing 12th class at the time of admission to any course.
