2. You should not have availed Tution Fee Waiver Scheme (atleast for Mumbai University).
3.You should have distinction.
4. There should be a vacant seat in the college you want to shift.
5.You should have enough money to pay donations in both colleges and you have to pay the full fee of one year to the college you are leaving and also to the college you want to join.
