Hi Mishraji,
After the completion of your Diploma course, you have a chance to opt for B.Tech, but for that, you need to appear for the entrance exam. You can only get admission in B.Tech through lateral entry after completing your Diploma.
Please think about going abroad after the successful completion of your graduation. You can opt for a Job or higher education such as M.Tech or MS.

Yes, some universities in Australia and London offer B.Tech.
Even my friend got admission in a college in London after completing Diploma.
In Australia, the University of Sydney offers B.Tech through lateral entry.
In India, except for central government controlled and few private universities, all universities offer direct admission to the second year through lateral entry.

You are eligible to do BE/B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, Hotel Management, Fashion designing, etc. after 10+2 PCM. If you want you can change your stream to Commerce, you can go for Humanities, Fine arts, etc. after 10+2 PCM. You will also be eligible to appear for NDA to become commissioned officer in Armed Forces.

They are given loan of INR 2 lakhs for the two years course which needs to be paid back but the interest on the loan will be waived off i.e. one needs to pay back the INR two lakhs only and no interest after the completion of the course.
