Short-term courses are very limited in India. There are mostly long-term courses like M.Sc in Climate change in India. Engineering courses mean that you must have a very good base in Physics and Maths so you must study very hard and make sure you have a very good percentage in class 12th board exams. You must take the SAT if you are applying to the USA. International applicants must also take the IELTS or TOEFL.

There are many universities that offer this course through distance. You need to think whether you actually want to opt for distance mode. The issue is that HM is a practical field, which needs practical training. You will be at loss at the time of placement because you would not have any practical experience.
