You must take SAT or ACT to be considered for admissions in any of the universities in the USA for Bachelor's degrees. Georgia Institute of Technology is also highly competitive and next to MIT in terms of selection of students and world reputation. Hence, very high academic grades in class 12th, extra-curricular activities like high-end projects, sports, volunteer work, etc., will be required. If it was so easy to know which university will give admissions then the college application process would have been so easy and better. What I mean to say is that nobody can predict this, you have to check the admission requirements, match those requirements with your profile, shortlist some universities and apply. It is upto the university by comparing your profile with other applicants and by checking if you fit into their requirements after which they will decide.
