Both M.Tech & MBA offers bright career opportunities. However, while choosing a field, the most important thing which you should always keep in mind is your own interests and career aspirations. So, if you feel that you want to pursue a research or a technology based career go for M.tech and if your passion is to be a leader and have a strong logical and analytical abilities, really good communication and networking skills then you should opt for MBA.

Hi, it would be difficult to get admission as well as Visa to study Basic course in Computing from Canada. So better for Canada you stick to your present education line and move further. If you still intested only in computing related area, I know in UK few Universities do offer Master degree in Computer filed for non computing gradutes like you so you can opt for same and fulfill your requirements.
