Yes you can pursue an MBBS after completing your BSc course. But you need to pass all India medical entrance exam NEET just like any other candidates. Entrance exam is conducted by NTA. Do check eligibility requirement before applying to course as well.

The percentile varies from year to year as the selection criteria vary. IIMs look for overall performance and potential of a candidate apart from academics and percentile, there is a significant shift in the selection process from academic-centric to overall performance and capabilities of the students. Having said that, it is always good to have a high percentile to strengthen your chances.
