If you want to apply for any scholarship or fee waiver, you need to look for that on the website of college or university, where you want to apply.
After you pass IELTS or TOEFL exam, you have to apply for offer letter from institution, where you want to study further. Some colleges/ universities charge for it, while it is for free for some colleges/ universities, for example: Canadian institutions have application fees between 100-150 CAD, while Australian institutions provide it for free.
After getting offer letter, you have to transfer the fees of your course as mentioned in your offer letter. After transferring the fees, you have to undergo medical test from physician mentioned under embassy website on your own expenses. The price varies for different countries. For example, it is Rs.5,150 for Canada while Rs.5,750 for Australia in Delhi.
After the medical test, you have to show some funds in your account for living expenses. For Canada, you have to open GIC account abroad, in which you have to show 10,000 CAD in your account. For Australia, you have to show 19,830 AUD in your account.
After you have transferred the funds in your account and got a confirmation of that, you have to apply for the visa online with all above and your academic documents. Now, visa application fees also varies depending on the country you applying for. For example: it is 150 CAD for Canada, 535 AUD for Australia and Rs.6400 for New Zealand.
If you have submitted all your above documents and provided all academics documents mentioned by respective embassies, you will surely get a visa whether you belong to a poor or wealthy background.
