You need to decide, what you want to study. MBA admissions will be extremely competitive. If you don't have work experience, then you should gain some work experience and know your interests. It will also help you strengthen your profile. Apart from the philosophical advice for admission purpose, you must take GRE and TOEFL. You can visit university website for more information.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in marketing. Marketing course is easy and can be learned with inputs of hard work + smart work. There is no such criteria that B.Com finance students can't go for marketing. There are immense opportunities after MBA-marketing.

After you pass IELTS or TOEFL exam, you have to apply for offer letter from institution, where you want to study further. To get 6.5 bands in IELTS is not difficult at all. You just have to be familiar with the exam pattern and a practice of 1 to 2 months is enough to crack IELTS paper.
