Your graduation score won't fetch you admissions in XLRI. However it would be helpful to maintain a good, academically sound profile. Which would help you in placements.
For XAT cutoffs change every year, last year it was around 94 percentile for HRM and 96 percentile for BM.

Every engineering college has its own process of admission. For example: JEE Mains exam rank is your criteria majorly for NIT's. However, many private colleges also consider it as their eligibility criteria like Thapar University, JayPee, etc.
Your JEE Advance score will take you to the mighty IIT's. Further, there are some state level exams like PCET, JKCET and KCET, which are considered by the state government and some private colleges.
Institutes like BITs, VIT, etc. have their own entrance exam for admissions. The Diploma holders may get into an engineering college through LEET and other tests.

Both the colleges are at par, but SIIB is slightly better than SIBM. SIBM - B has shown a steady increase, but still SIIB has given better placements over the years. The money and time spent over these 2 years is an important factor that needs our attention. Moreover, think where you want to work after 2 years of post-graduation.

The admission to BA courses at Visva Bharati University is primarily based on CUET scores. Also, candidates who are seeking to secure a seat in the BA course must complete their Class 10+2 with decent scores as per the eligibility criteria set by University. However, a CUET-UG score is not required for some BA specialisations available at VBU. For taking admission without CUET UG scores, candidates should have secured good scores in Class 12, so they can be selected in the merit list. Therefore, candidates either have to get selected in the merit list or score well in the CUET UG entrance examination for admission to BA courses at Visv

PGPX is better in terms of salary prospects, but 2-3 years of work experience is good, but more than that creates a problem. Some companies may think, it is difficult to change their perception and way of working after certain period of time.
2 years of work experience on the other side gives you the benefit to know professionalism. They might have to teach you less and have to devote less time. The package for those who have work experience is more than a fresher.
