According to the IIM admission criteria, candidates appearing for CAT must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50 per cent marks (for General category) and 45 Percent (for SC, ST and PWD category) or equivalent CGPA from any recognized university. Further, candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. So, from above you are not eligible for CAT-2018.

Hi Ashutosh, you already have a B.Sc, so I do not understand why you want to opt for another BE, but it is a good option since you will be learning more practical applications compared to your B.Sc. Alternatively, you can look for PG Diploma or MS programs in Software Engineering, Big Data, Web Design, Animation etc., any specialization of your choice. Hello,
An MBA degree offers more technical and business related knowledge, whereas a PGDM offers a more practical approach. Both are equally good; what matters more is from which college you are pursuing them. For example, a PGDM from SP Jain or MDI Gurgaon is any day more valuable than an MBA from an average college.

Hey Pankaj. There is no special seats for the reservation categories in XLRI. So, you can't exactly get into XLRI under OBC category. However, if you ace your XAT exam, then you can still get into XLRI. So prepare well for the same and give your best. All the best!
