This foundation program is a UG diploma, not PG diploma. Any candidate with 10+2 pass is eligible for this course.

For MBA, basic eligibility criteria is graduation with at least 50% marks. So, I am feeling sorry to say that you cannot apply (according to eligibility criteria of the university). All the best.

An MBA degree offers more technical and business related knowledge, whereas a PGDM offers a more practical approach. Both are equally good; what matters more is from which college you are pursuing them. For example, a PGDM from SP Jain or MDI Gurgaon is any day more valuable than an MBA from an average college.
