Hi Gesu,
As you have mentioned that the bachelor course is of 5 years duration, if you complete just the three years you would not be awarded the degree instead it would mean just leaving the course amidst of the completion of the total duration.
If you want to be eligible to write for CAT and Civil Services, the minimum education qualification required is graduate degree and if the degree you are pursuing is of 5 years duration, then you first require to complete the same only after which you would be eligible to write the mentioned entrances. So as for now the focus should be your graduation along with which you can start preparing for these exams as well.
