Yes, you need to get very good marks in entrance exams which can help you to grab the attention and also your performance during MBA interview and all should be better.
For placements after MBA, it will not be dependent on your performance and skills in MBA. Your MBA marks should be very good so that you can tell that you have improved and this can be seen on your score card.

Hello Rajesh, Can you please let me know the reason behind this intention of shifting out from a regular college to a distance education mode? But beware, after recent orders of SC of India cancelling degrees of engineering awarded via distance mode, I would not recommend distance mode to pursue engineering to anybody.

With few exceptions, hospital management, in its present form is not a great career. Hospitals are very poor paymaster as compared to other industries. For a fresher with a Masters degree in hospital management, the starting CTC would be around 4 LPA, which is not even 50% of the average CTC offered to regular MBA students of any good institute.
Growth is also slow and limited. Even if one becomes chief of hospital, the pay difference from the chief of the organisation from any other sector will be very high.

All depend upon your preparation. For a fact, class 12 exams are never easy, however, if you prepare well you stand a good chance of scoring well in the exam. Most class 12 exams are quite similar to previous year exams unless very drastic changes have been made, so expect something along the same lines.
