But beware, after recent orders of SC of India cancelling degrees of engineering awarded via distance mode, I would not recommend distance mode to pursue engineering to anybody.

With few exceptions, hospital management, in its present form is not a great career. Hospitals are very poor paymaster as compared to other industries. For a fresher with a Masters degree in hospital management, the starting CTC would be around 4 LPA, which is not even 50% of the average CTC offered to regular MBA students of any good institute.

All depend upon your preparation. For a fact, class 12 exams are never easy, however, if you prepare well you stand a good chance of scoring well in the exam.
