Although the eligibility may vary but then in most of the cases this would include of 12th with about 60% so that you are eligible to write entrances like NEED, CEED, NIFT etc. And on qualifying the entrance the shortlisting takes place for final admissions.
There are several institutes in India offering designing courses but without knowing the actual field it would be difficult to guide you in particular. There are several institutes in India offering different designing courses like Graphic designing, Web designing, Fashion designing, Textile designing etc.

if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA. Because knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After that u opt Oracle DBA So that u can become System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin or Database Admin as well.
The combination of RHCE+CCNA+DBA will be good. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.

For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS (Red Hat Certified Security Specialist) will give u ultimate mileage for ur career.
