Hi Mandar,
At present, there are no institutes that offer MTech in Railway engineering.
However, there are news, that MNNIT, Allahabad, will introduce MTech in Railway Engineering. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MMNIT), here would be the first institute in the country to introduce MTech course in Railway Engineering shortly.
The new course will be introduced in collaboration with the Indian Railways, said MNNIT director prof A B Samaddar.
Presently, Railway engineers are selected through the Indian Engineering Services which selects graduate engineers and Special Class Railway Apprentice examination. The MNNIT director said MTech in Railway Engineering would upgrade the skills and knowledge of railway engineers.

Medical degrees vary significantly in different countries.
Studying medicine in the US or Canada
In the US, medical degrees are only available at graduate level. Before you can apply to medical school, you need to complete at least three years (usually four) of 'pre-med' undergraduate study. The requirements for this are set by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
All students preparing for medical school are required to take courses in biology, chemistry, physics and English.
Most medical schools in the US also require students to take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), and most can be applied to through the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS). Once you've secured a place at medical school, you'll study for a further four years to gain either a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) or Doctor of Medicine (D.M.).
Both of these titles qualify you to start practicing medicine. However, you'll then be required to complete a residency training program, which could last anywhere between three and eight years depending on your field of specialization.
The system is largely the same in Canada, though some Canadian medical schools accept applicants who have completed only two years of undergraduate studies. Some also offer fast-track medical degree programs that take three years, rather than four.
Studying medicine in the UK or Australia
In the UK and Australia, the most common path to becoming a doctor is to take an undergraduate-level course in medicine. The standard period for undergraduate medical degrees in both countries is either five or six years. However, for those who've already graduated from a degree in a different subject, it may be possible to take a four-year 'fast-track' course.
Some UK medical and dentistry schools also require candidates to take the UK Clinical Aptitude Test (UKCAT). This doesn't test scientific knowledge, but assesses mental abilities, aptitudes and attitudes.
Meanwhile, some Australian institutes require the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), or for graduates, the Graduate Medical School Admissions Test (GAMSAT). Both the undergraduate and graduate routes lead to a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) qualification, which is generally considered equivalent to the D.O. or D.M. gained in North America.

NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) by GMAC is a national-level MBA entrance exam for admission to Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Alliance University, SRM University, BML Munjal University, VIT University, ICFAI Business School (IBS) and Ansal University.

The common merit list that is prepared is based on the candidate’s performance in the exam.Please remember that only those aspirants, who have taken both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be considered for ranking.
As far as the marking system is concerned, the marks secured by a candidate in Physics will be equal to the marks he/she secures in Physics part of Paper 1 plus marks in Physics part of Paper 2. The same procedure is followed for Chemistry and Mathematics too. Thus, the sum of the marks obtained in individual subjects in JEE Advanced 2015 will be the aggregate marks for the aspirant.
Coming back to the merit list, aspirants must have scored at least 10% in each subject and 35% in aggregate in order to be in the common merit list(CML). Separate lists will be prepared for the prepared for general, OBC (NCL), SC and ST category students.
Students from OBC (NCL) category should have scored at least 9% in each subject and 31.5% in aggregate in order to be in the OBC (NCL) merit list. However, students from the SC and ST categories must score at least 5% in each subject and 17.5% in aggregate in order to be in their respective merit lists.
Merit lists for PwD candidates:
Separate merit lists will be prepared for PwD candidates who further belong to the GE, OBC (NCL), SC and ST categories. To be in these merit lists, candidates must score at least 5% in each subject and 17.5% in aggregate.
