Dropping an year means an extra expense of about 1.5lac plus you would be losing an opportunity to earn 12 lac extra. I mean if you can do your Btech within nxt 4 yrs and get placed into a firm you wud b getting about 10 2 12 lac in the 5th year.
Better go on for a reputed private institute.

Hello Nikhil. Yes, IIMA demands Sectional cutoff to be cleared which is 80 percentile for each of the verbal, LRDI and quant sections. Overall percentile should be more than 90. Apart from that you should have 80% aggregate in your graduation and 90% in each of 10th and 12th boards exams.

There are following two options after BBS: (a) Post graduation i.e. MBA (b) job. You can pick up good supervisory job after BBS. After 3 to 4 years experience you can do MBA and give a push to your career.
If you are not in hurry to complete your education, option (b) is recommended option.

Hi Neha
-BBA is a undergrad degree in which you mainly study about management, accounting, administration of an organisation and few other aspects like taxes. It is offered by most of the universities. -BBA (fia) is also an under grad degree offered by DU which specialize in financial investment analysis. The course is heavily based on finance accounting and analysis. It requires mathematics as eligibility in grade 12 whereas bba doesn't. Job placements will always be better with fia.
hope this suffice
