Yes one can go for B.Arch in IIT , NIT , and any other engineering inst.you did not mention your location.if you mention it .i can tell you the names of engg colleges nearest to your home.i think B.Arch in IIT , kharagpur may be a great place for you.You can go for NATA exam in west bengal to get admision in B.Arch in any govt engineering colleges in west bengal,India.B.Arch is great for your future.The lack of manpower in this arena is increasing .I think it is a great arena to be successful in your life.Let the decision is upon you.If you found my as best answer then plz click the best answer button.or click the thumb sign left sid

As you are pursuing undergraduate course in civil engineering, it would be advisable for you to pursue MS in the same field as it will add on to the knowledge of what you have gained during undergraduate course.
How ever you can also pursue MS in :
Structural engineering.
Construction Engineering.
Environmental Engineering.
Find below some of the universities in US offering MS in the course of your interest:
1.Missouri university of science and technology.
2.North Dakota State University.
3.Southern Methodist University.
4.The Jacobs School of Engineering, University of California at San Diego.
5.Armour College of Engineering at the Illinois
