Hi Washique, the entry requirements vary from course to course. A minimum of 55-60% will be required if you want to pursue any PG course and an IELTS of 6.5. For UG courses you will need to have 6.0 in IELTS and a minimum of 60% in 12.

Although, most of the good colleges and Universities providing full time MA programme would require that the candidate atleast should have 55% but you probably can do it through Distance learning Institutes. Few of the institutes which you may check with:
Annamalai University, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Bangalore University, Kakatiya University, & University of Madras, etc
