Hi Raja after 10+2 you have lot of opportunities as you are interested in computer science, first you have chance to go for EMCET (Engineering and Medial common Entrance test) which is state level Engineering entrance test or AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Test) then you can opt for IT or CSE which is 4 years Graduation Program and apart from that you have an another opportunity of Degree which is 3 years Graduation Program and the courses are B.SC computer or BSc IT and the options are MECs (Maths Electronics and Computer science) MPCs (Maths Physics Computer science) MSCs (Maths Stats Computer science) after this you can appear for ICET (Integrated Common Entrance test) and do MCA thats it, I hope now you have an idea about computer science after 10+2 and all the best dude.

Hi Sanjay, To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Also, include how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University and ask them if there is any research going on. Because its always not mentioned on the University's website whether the research in your field of interest is going on or not.

There are several Universities in India offering MCA through regular mode, in Delhi you can look for this course in University of Delhi, Amity University, JNU, Jamia GGS IP University as the most reputed options available.
The eligibility for most of the institutes lies to be a Graduate degree with a minimum of 60% and having studied maths at +2 level.To be selected for the admissions one requires to write and qualify the entrance exam conducted by the University itself.

Out of the two entrances mentioned by you , CET is a common Entrance test and is carried out by different institutes for different subjects like MBA and MCA.
CAT, however, is entirely an admission requirement for the Management studies all over India.
As for the eligibility for MCA is concerned, the minimum requirement is a graduation degree with min. 60% marks and must have studied mathematics at the +2 levels, also the selection of the candidates is dependent on passing the written test and the personal interview which differs from one University's admission policy to others and cannot be briefed over here.
