HI Tawseef, you can try in Universities like RMIT, La Trobe, University of New South Wales, Macquarie University for a Masters in Computers. You should have a minimum of 60% in UG to be able to apply.
The intake in July 20911 may be open with some universities but there will hardly be any time left for visa. Hence, it is recommended that you apply for either september intake(limited ) or Jan/Feb 2012 intake.

There are many animation course which can help you.And If you are not interested in your diploma then you can join any other courses which you like.There are many private institue which provide lots of courses on animation.You can join them.

Both MCA and M.Sc IT are good career options but choosing between the two will entirely depend on your area of interest and the aspiration you have about your career.
If you are inclined to make a career in the technical field, in that case you should opt for the MCA program from a good university else if you hail from a science background and are keen to continue with that with the aim of a career in fields of teaching/ lectureship, then should opt for the M.Sc IT course.

Hi Thahira, although the requirement is a 60% it will depend on which University you have completed UG from to know if you would have any trouble. Although 2% is not too much of a problem if you have maintained a good academic record. As you have experience also, it will be on your advantage.
