Hello, with you JEE Main percentile, you won't get a seat in any government colleges. Your rank would be more than 2.5 lacs. Actually, all the seats get exhausted at around 50,000. So, please try for some good private engineering colleges like Sharda, VIT, Manipal University, SRM etc. Here's a list of some of the best private engineering colleges in India:

No. There is no negative marking in SNUSAT exam. Therefore, candidates must answer all the questions irrespective of knowledge of correct answer.

It is not possible to become an IAS Officer right after completing 12th standard.
In order to become an IAS Officer, you must apply for CSE exam conducted by the UPSC. You must also crack the exam (preliminary, Mains and interview) in order to get selected for the training. The eligibility criteria for B.A. LL.B. (Hons) programme for admission year 2019 in LPU is:- 60% marks in 10+2 (with English (Any Stream) + subject to valid score in LPUNEST/ CLAT/ ISAT. For CLAT the cut-off for eligibility is upto 10000 rank and for ISAT, it's upto 80 percentile.

According to me, you will get CSE, if you pay high fees, like if you take admission through management quota. But, with this rank, there is high chances for core branches like Mechanical, Electrical and Civil. But, with this rank, may be you will get IT/E&tc. All the best.
