Strategic management is not a full fledged specialisation of MBA. which university is offering this?
For distance learning, it is a useful only if you are already in a operations role and your organisation wants you to move into role where you have to adapt and use different strategic tool which you are not aware.
It won't help you if you do not have any job and your job does not demand you using such tool.

Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cut-off. So there is no way to get MIT-Pune on basis of JEE Mains score and your MHT-CET score is also low. So chances are null. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of class 12th percentage.

Go for next MAT or coming year CAT for a healthy score, so that you do not need to ask this. Nobody can predict the situation of placement in an average B School. In our college, the placement officer (whose corporate hold was satisfactory or not bad) suddenly got a better offer and quit our college and we were in unfathomable deep and next one was unable to bring the core job profile and students were foisted in bulk hire and fire profile. So, be clever before investment. Try for a healthy score card and chase tier 1 of MAT/CMAT.

DTU and NSIT are almost equal. Choose the one nearer to your location. If location is not the concern then go for NSIT. It has lesser number of students, so there will be less competition for placements.
