The general aptitude test would cover English, GK, Current affairs etc. And there is a creative ability test which would have creative writing in terms of story, Dialogues, graphic novel sort of things etc. And some sort of media oriented things.
There is no specific book for this. You can take help from the Internet. Also stay updated with news, it helps a lot.

Sorry, but 83 marks are not going to help you to fetch a college for CSE unless you are from a reserved category. However, there are some private colleges that give admission on the basis of 12th score.

No, that is not possible. The overall percentage in class 12th should be at least 75% marks and the minimum aggregate in PCM should be 75%. There is no provision to add EVS marks.
This is the same for JEE main also.

Not good for MBA in marketing. Wait for year and retake exam and choose another option.

Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. In my point of view you can do other certified courses taxation, corporate accounting, diploma in cost accounting, diploma in investments, but you have to depth knowledge of these courses and after these type of course you can got a good job.

In board exams, you need to have at least 75% in board exams and also an aggregate of 75% in PCM. If you don't have it then you are not eligible to get any colleges under JEE even if you qualified JEE Mains and advanced.

The counselling for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and IITs will be held after the results of JEE Advanced. You need to look for counselling at www.josaa.nic.in.

Sorry to say but it's difficult for you to get a good government college at this rank. If your rank was under 1500 ST category then you would have chances to get a government college.

You will get HMR, Amity with your rank in IPU counselling. You will get these colleges in the last round or in the spot round. So, just wait for the counselling.

You may face challenges but you can do +2 in PCB provided your school allows (or you may have to appear as external candidate) and you can put extra effort to cover 11 and 12th syllabus in one year.

Yes. Migration from SOL to regular colleges allowed with following conditions:
1. You should not have any backlong I.e. you must have cleared all the subjects
2. The respective college should have seat and you must get the percentage in BA first year to compete with other students in merit.

The best placements are provided in the IT sector across the world and there is a tremendous salary package in the IT sector of India as well.
