Basically you have to appear for an admission test called CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), which takes place in first half of May every year. It is a test which test you on varied parameters, which are English, Verbal and nonverbal reasoning, basic quantitative aptitude, General knowledge and General awareness, and lastly Legal Aptitude. The placements of BITS Goa are pretty decent. Also, since you asked about electronics, it is a very sought after branch in Goa campus with a good department and great placements.
The placement stats are not revealed exactly but the average package for electronics was around 12 lacs and for CS, it was around 16 lacs.
Also, the students of electronics are allowed to sit for the placements of CS companies too mostly as most of the companies don't have restrictions when it comes to electronics and CS. Of course, you should maintain a decent CGPA of around 7 or more and that suffices.
