Yes, many of the top colleges and universities do keep some seats reserved for special quota. You need to find out how many seats are kept reserved for them. Sometimes the selected course also affects the no. of reserved seats.

Hello Mayur,
If you belong to Creamy layer of OBC caste, unfortunately, you cannot avail the benefit of applying to colleges through OBC Quota. You need a NCL (Non Creamy Layer) certificate during the admission process to apply via OBC category.

It is a good branch. It has some of syllabus of mechanics also. But, I will consider you, if you are getting (MCE) branch I. e mathematics and computing, then go for it, because in DTU, there are better placement opportunities. But, PAI is also a very good branch. If you are interested, then go for it.

Last year's ILS cut-off was 98.88%ile for MMS. So, I would suggest you apply to the same for a safe side. There are chances that you might get converted, but marks are not the only parameters on which you get selected, it also depends on your GD-PI performance and stuff.

But note that if and only if you have interest and undying passion in computers, coding, developing new games and software- you should go for computer.
