It depends on your school and your very own interests. Some schools are very strict about giving the streams. If that is the case, you might face a lot of difficulties in getting science stream, otherwise, you can get it. Also, take science stream only if you have a vision of what you want to pursue after completing class 12th. Otherwise, it is just a waste of time and you must prefer taking arts and commerce stream.

Graduation marks is one of the criteria for admission into MBA colleges but not the only defining factor. If you score well in competitive MBA exams like CAT/ MAT/ XAT, you have a fair chance of getting into good MBA colleges. MBA entrance interviews are more about your overall personality rather than just graduation marks.
