Both branches are equally easy. You have studied both subjects during BBM. You may look at your performance on both the subjects. If you could both easily , you will able to handle both in MBA also.

As you graduation percentile is below 50 you cannot sit for an MBA entrance exam but you may go for M.Com or try for other competitive exams.

It depends on your interests and basic education qualifications. If you are BCA or B.Tech CS then Mobile Applications development is a very good specialisations. If you have Electronics background then Hardware and Networking is a good option.
