As per Government statistics currently India has surplus dentists but there is acute shortage of doctors particularly specialist doctors. Therefore, I am of the opinion that MBBS is a better option.

NIOS is recognized, but I will advice you to contact a few universities like University of Western Sydney, Australian School of Management, University of Southern Queensland etc personally that is email them about NIOS acceptance. Every university abroad has separate requirements. Best of Luck.
