It is worth doing BBM.Bachelor of Business Management covers a lot of subjects that include in B.Com, BCA and B.Sc. BBM will cover through almost all the areas of management and accounting which will help you later if you plan to pursue your Master's Degree.
BBM has a specialization in the Final year which could be Marketing, Finance , HR or Operation, whereas BBA does not.

Yes you can get a job. It depends up on the institution you take admission in. If you are doing it from reputed institutions like IITs, IISC or BHU then you will get placed through college campus. Otherwise, you have to write CSIR or NET exam or pursue Ph.D or B.Ed. You can also prepare for government jobs.
