Clinical Research is a very good career stream for science graduates but then being a physiotherapist this would be a totally a different stream and the transition made would carry a little difficulties. Physiotherapy in itself is a well defined stream and has various career opportunities to be offered.
I would request you to give a thought on your decision and only on the basis of the same, you should take a decision.

I too would suggest SAP even though both the options suits your profile but with a MBA qualification and if any work experience, SAP would prove to be a better option.
But still it will entirely depend on your area of interest rather than just suggestion that are been made.
