A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or in a closely related field, from an accredited institution, with a grade point average of at least 3.0/4.0
GRE scores greater than 450 on the Verbal, greater than 750 on the Quantitative and greater then 4.0
International students must submit an official TOEFL score of 580 or better.

In order to pursue education abroad, you need to first of all decide in which country you wish to study, once you have decided the country and university, then you can apply for those university from India.
US is the best study destination to pursue MS,there are many good and top ranked universities in US, which offers MS in the fields of:
Computer science.
Electrical engineering.
Civil Engineering and many more fields.
In order to pursue MS from US you need to have:
Good academic record,preferably 60% plus in graduation.

Agreeing to what Suryap and Arvind ji said I would like to add here that the best way to prepare for your GK is to read newspaper, listen to news, read various General Knowledge Magazines for logical reasoning, you can consult various books available in the market such as R.S. Aggarwal & Galgotias, apart from this you can consult NCERT books which will help you in strengthening your fundamentals.

First of all as there is no public rating or neutral ranking for Distance learning programmes, it would be difficult to give you names of the top Institutes giving MBA Paharma, as almost all are treated equally in the job market. However, few of the institutes MBA in Pharma through Correspondence are: IIPM, (Indian Institute of Pharmaceutical marketing), IIMR, Pondicherry University, etc.
Few of the others which you may check for MBA Pharma are: MDU, Punjab University, NMIMS, NIPER, SIES College Of Management Studies etc.

if you score more than 50% in your B.Sc. you are eligible to apply most of the institute and if you score 60% and more then you will be eligible to apply at IITs, BITS too so do not worry. your distance learning degree is not a problem as institute need only degree from a UGC approved university. Kuvempu is a state university and approved by UGC
