Hi, It's nothing specific as I mentioned before also. Sometime you may call it LUCK / Chance and some times all because of your own effort and also the effort of the institute that companies take candidates for the training. Quite often in present day, references are the strong source for getting into an organisation for training in in case you belong to one such institute who do not participate / encourage industry participation. my personal suggestion to you would be to make an inperson visit to some of the companies and ask for training directly.

In almost all the countries, the international doctors need to get them selves register with the Medical council of that country, to practice or to pursue further studies, and for this they need to clear the eligibility exam.
Entrance test scores are one of the important eligibility criteria to get admission in universities abroad.

In order to pursue M.Tech in the universities you mentioned, you require a very good academic background throughout preferably 70%, a undergraduate degree from recognized university.GRE score of 1200-1300 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
