If your program is taught in English language then ideally you need to give TOEFL as German universities prefer TOEFL score usually, however they also consider IELTS so try to achieve min 6.0 bands in IELTS .

Although, there is no set prerequisite to do SAP, generally, it is recommended that you have minimum 1-2 years of technical experience or professional qualification like B.E, B.Tech, MBA, CA or equivalent credentials.
