Kindly mention again that in which stream you are interested in however Most of the universities expect the TOEFL or the IELTS for an international degree program.According to your study topic ,some universities misght ask for GRE.Generally there are no assessment tests for admission ; students are selected on the basis of documents they provide.
These are the universities which are highly popular among the Indian students:- RWTH Aachen , University of Duisburg-Essen , Technical University of Munich , University of Stuttgart , Technical University Dresden.

In India and abroad the fields are endless for commerce students, but more than anything else what you should keep in mind while choosing your career field is your own interests and career aspirations, so if you have a bent of mind is towards theory based courses like CA, Law etc. you can go for such programs, else if you have passion towards vocational & creative subjects go for courses like Mass Communication etc.
