Graduate from Karnataka state Universities is Rs.45,000/- per year tuition fees and ERP Fees (out sourced to be paid to the service provider) Rs.15,000/-. University fees of Rs.5700/- (approx). In Singapore National University Singapore (NUS) without PhD you cannot teach. apart from NUS there are many UK,US and Australian Universities offer courses.
The level of masters what we do in India is totally different in abroad. You may get opportunity to teach in schools, for that again you need BEd.
To day's conversion exchange rate and cost of living in Singapore, you have to work out and see, whether it is worth going there to teach. you can ask the Indians living in Singapore and then decide.

Hi Sree,
I totally agree with SANJAY KHIMESARA , just liking would not solve the purpose until and unless you have creative skills and passion to enter in the world of animation.
Animation is the sector which turns dreams in reality and its like whatever character or imaginative world you have in your mind can bring into reality but the everything involves technologies so if interested i would recommend you to take some career counselling related to this industry share your liking and creative skills with somebody from the industry understand that according to your creative skills what we have best for you do lots of RnD and if satisfied
