Hi,
A BPO person can easily go for a career in Sales, operation, Marketing, PR. If you have completed your graduation, then all you need to do is pursue a masters or PG in any of the above stream and start hunting for job.
However, if you are interested in any other stream you can pursue a related course and do the same!

Hi,
Well if you are planning of pursuing your graduation in a stream related to BPO, then you can go for BA in Eng as language proficiency is the top most criteria in BPOs. Also, if you are in the technical team, then you can opt for a technical course with reference to your process.
However, if your interest is in any particular stream for your graduation, you can go for that too!
