Doing ITI and doing B.Tech are actually two diverse things in fact greatly diverse things. ITI is employment oriented skill imparting course which is done after 10th and the duration is about 1 year, on the other hand, B.Tech gives you a great deal of knowledge of engineering and it is a four years course to be done after class 12th.
