That's fine if you don't have work exp. You can get selected based on your GD,PI and write up performance and your MAT score is also good. Yes, you have the prob. of getting selected because admission result will be based on your performance here at BIMTECH, your graduation marks, co-curriculum activities, achievements.

Reyal, to get into top colleges you need to score good. As per your score I would suggest you to take the exam again and study hard this time. To get admission into top colleges, you need atleast 80 percentile in your exam.
You may look up to other entrances like MAT, SNAP, XAT, etc. as well as it will open doors to more number of colleges. Concentrate more on your preparation with the aim to crack the next with a much higher score.
To score good you need to clear your basic concepts, work on your vocabulary, develop the habit of reading, reasoning skills can be improved by solving puzzles, practice a lot, once you know your strengths a

Hi Geetanjali,
It is always advisable to pursue regular course as the main aim is to prepare the students with the technical knowledge and attitude that are necessary for this occupation which will be difficult to attain at correspondence level.
But as you have shown interest in correspondence course, I could find only 3 institutes offering B.Arch through distance mode, i.e.
- Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University
- Ambitious College of Distance Education
- Rizvi College of Architecture (RCA)
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

The cut off criteria of IIM,K is still not out. With your overall percentile you can get decent calls from Kozhikode,Indore and new IIMs. But 65 in verbal may become a criteria for not fulfilling the cut off. For calls from IIM's 10th, 12th and graduation scores also matters. Please provide those data so that we can give you more precise answer.
