To pursue Executive MBA you need to have:
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University.
2. Around 3-5 years of post-qualification managerial/professional work experience. The work experience criteria may differ from Institute to Institute.
3. Other than this, depending on the Institute's requirements, you would have to clear the entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview rounds.
4. Institutes like the IIMs require a valid GMAT score (taken within last 36 months of Application date).
There is a wide choice of Institutes offering Executive MBA or PGPX programs. You can aim to pursue it from the top notch B-schools like:
1. The Indian School of Business (ISB) – Hyderabad.
2. Various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).
3. XLRI – Jamshedpur.
4. FMS – Delhi.

If you fulfill necessary requirement for the profile then selection is possible, however full job assurance is a myth as it is not only the qualification that allows selection but also the physical, mental and educational criteria that need to be met.
Eligibility:
-Physical requirements - Height for Air Hostesses - minimum of 157.5 cm and Flight Pursers 163 cm with proportionate weight.
-Graduates in the age group of 19-25 years for training. Preference is given to Degree or Diploma holders in Hotel Management/Tourism.
-Female candidates from Home science background, fulfilling other requirements, are also preferred. International Airlines recruit flight attendant in the age group of 18-35 years.
-Good language, ability and proficiency in English, Hindi, a regional language and at least one foreign language are essential requirements for inflight crew members working for National or International carriers.
-Normal eyesight without glasses or a minimum uncorrected distant vision of 6/40 is acceptable.
-To pursue a career as a Flight attendant, there are many institutes offering courses in Cabin crew training.

As you have already pursued B.A, you can further prepare for Civil Services and other government sector jobs. If you have BA in Economics then you also have an option to go for specialized MA program being run by UPES- UPES MA Economics with specialization in Energy Economics.
UPES MA Economics program is not simple program instead it gives you specialization in Energy Economics and this makes the whole program more unique and also opens the door for job opportunities in Energy Sector. So, if you have interest in core field then this program is definitely good.
This University is quite popular for petroleum and Energy related programs and provides good placement too. If you don't have Economics then you can go for MA in your field.
Every University has its own eligibility criteria and admission procedure. The best place to pursue M.A Economics is DU, CU, UPES and Bangalore University. UPES conducts its own entrance exam. It has its selection criteria based on UPESEE entrance score followed by a personal Interview. So to be on safer side try to apply for all colleges.
