Your cat percentile is very low when compared to last year, so have very less chance of getting selected.
Last year we had written test and PI.
In PI, its generally talk about yourself, why MBA?, why VIT? . Like that.
Written test we had essay writing.

Your CAT performance is not the only thing that IIMA will consider while sending you an invitation for interview. There are a lot of other things that are taken into account as well. For example, your 10th, 12th and UG marks. Your background is also taken into consideration. However to give you an idea, for general student with an engineering background with more than 80% marks in 10th,12th and UG, CAT percentile cutoff was 99,67 percentile last year.

The cut off for the course depends on your competetive exam, group discussion and personal interview combined as a whole. With a percentile around 93 and above and a good performance in gdpi can be good to go.

MBA in IT is not equivalent to MBA in systems.
MBA in IT is the study of Information Technology and gives a generic overview of Information technology and focus could be on application programming, web technologies, etc.
Whereas, in MBA-Systems one gets an overview of IT and different systems used. It would focus on networks, servers, database management, etc.
One should carefully go through the curriculum details and get an understanding on its focused areas. Each college may have their own understanding of IT and Systems.

I personally would not be able to comment on any individuals chances as a lot of parameters are taken into consideration. I suggest you go through the admission criteria and the evaluation process and make a call. You can find both here.

For getting a call, your graduation scores, academic background and caste category are also factors that are considered. Without that information, it is difficult to say.
